Shipping

Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can track your order by clicking HERE. Make sure to have your order number and email address handy.

This depends on the type of shipping selected at checkout. Order processing takes 1-3 business days, and standard shipping is 3-5 business days once shipped, but it can always arrive earlier!

All orders above $45 shipped to the US have free standard shipping included. Orders below that price will have the shipping cost calculated at checkout, depending on your shipping address and the type you choose.

If you changed your mind and want to change something on your order, please email hi@biscayners.com with your name, shipping address and order number and we will be glad to help!

Returns & exchanges

You have thirty days for returns and exchanges since the date of your purchase.

The product you want to return or exhange must be Unworn, Unused and Undamaged (The Three UN's).

Please reach out to hi@biscayners.com with your order number, shipping
address and we will get back to you ASAP.

Our Return & Exchange policy does not apply to items marked "Final Sale".

If you need to return or exchange an item, please fill out our contact form, or email us at hi@biscayners.com with your name, shipping address and order number.

We will try to take care of your needs as soon as possible but give us 1-3 business days to review and process the return. We will let you know via e-mail once it’s done! Your funds may take up to 3 business days to be placed on the paying method you selected after we issue your refund.

Lifetime Warranty.

Every pair of Biscayners Sunglasess holds a life time waranty; we got your back covered! But take good care of them!

- Our lifetime warranty operates when your sunnies arrived with fabric flaws, not the usual wear and tear, misuse, abuse or neglect.

- Contact hi@biscayners.com and provide order number, shipping address, picture of your beautiful sunnies and report the flaw it presents to
trigger our Lifetime Warranty.

- We will charge a proccessing fee.

Orders

If some of the items you ordered are missing please email us at hi@biscayners.com and we will get right into it. Please check your order beforehand, as some of the items may have been deleted before fulfillment.

-We may have sent you a
time-sensitive email to your inbox that you did not respond in time.

-We may have refunded
your order as it was a duplicate.

-Your order may have
been flagged as “Fraud Risk” and automatically refunded.
